Published by - (02/12/02) This campaign handbook is designed to help "beginner" campaigners get started in organising various activities within the context of the European Year of People with Disabilities 2003. It also contains helpful practical information for more experienced campaigners. The handbook is structured so that the different chapters roughly correspond with the steps necessary to put together a successful campaign, with appendices that provide handy checklists or summary overviews and ideas related to specific issues. At the beginning of each chapter, there is a brief summary of the information it contains.
