The Cobweb Foundation that provides holidays to disabled children and their families and carers will be holding an open day and discussion forum for families of disabled children. This forum will cover the plans to develop and build Europe's first dedicated village for disabled children and families. The first Dream Catcher Village, to be based in Fife, Scotland, will provide some 25 cottages, remedial centre, medical centre and a wide range of leisure activities, including pony riding, water sports, fishing, walking, environmental and educational studies, golf, plus many grass sports.
